Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a OR RN to take an assignment in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

Minimum Requirements: - Minimum of 18 months recent OR experience in scrubbing and circulating, robotic, GU, GYN, and general. - 18 months permanent OR experience prior to travel. - AHA BLS certification is required. - Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts from 1/1/23 and forward. Additional Requirements: - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. For RNFA/CSFA positions, one reference from a supervisor or physician is required. - Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. - Participants must be nicotine-free, except for Nurses and CSTs who are temporarily exempt from the nicotine-free requirement. A negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen is required within 12 months of start and must be updated annually. Assessments: - PBDS Assessment is waived. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required, with a maximum of 2 attempts allowed. Compliance and Other Notes: - Facility does not accept any license hits or traveler with an open case. - Badging and fingerprinting must be completed onsite prior to start date. - Extensions are possible for up to 18 months; a mandatory 6-month break is required thereafter, unless otherwise approved by the client.
