Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.
This assignment lasts 16.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 4, 2026.

Job Details:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience required. - Cardiac Telemetry experience required. - Experience with Patient Care Unit (PCU) Ratios - 1:5. - Previous charge experience preferred. - EPIC charting system experience required. **Required Certifications and Skills:** - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. - Management and Interpretation of dysrhythmias. - Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC Line Management. - Titrate drips, including Cardiac and Vasoactive drips. - Proficiency in BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Blood Product Administration, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Heparin Protocols, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, PCA, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Starting and maintaining IVs, Telemetry, Titration of Insulin drips, Tracheostomy care/management, Wound Care/Wound Vac, Dysrhythmia Interpretation/EKG test. **Licensure and Compliance Requirements:** - License in hand required with submission. - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only). - All RNs must pass an EKG exam (2 attempts allowed). - Education verification through a third party is required. - Compliance requires a FULL compliance file by 12 noon EST by the Wednesday prior to start date. - No open cases on background check accepted. **Other Details:** - Floating required as needed between all Cone Health campuses. - Local Radius: No locals accepted, must live more than 50 miles away. - Weekend and holiday rotation required; no on-call duties.
