Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Jackson, Tennessee.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on April 27, 2026.

Job Details:

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - Minimum of 1 year of Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS/Tele) experience. - Epic charting system experience within the last 12 months, detailed on the submission profile. - TN or compact state nursing license at the time of submission. **Preferred Experience:** - Travel experience. - Previous charge experience. - Community hospital experience. **Certifications Required:** - AHA Basic Life Support (BLS). - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). **Skills:** - Management of ports, BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, and central line care. - Competency in high-flow nasal cannula, dysrhythmias management, and procedural sedation monitoring. - Telemetry and neuro-stepdown experience. - Expertise in caring for patients with conditions such as CVA, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and more. - Proficient in various protocols (e.g., heparin, IV insulin) and equipment management (e.g., PICC line, tracheostomy, surgical drains). **Compliance Requirements:** - COVID-19 vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Flu vaccine required, with no exemptions. - Valid state licenses and all listed certifications in the job description must be in hand at the time of submission. - Epic experience validation through a competency exam (one attempt allowed, with a cancellation if failed). - References are required. **Additional Details:** - Must pass a fit test, with a requirement for men to shave. - Background checks must highlight any known issues for review.
