Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Tele RN to take an assignment in Stockbridge, Georgia.

**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant clinical setting. - Travel experience is required. - Experience with managing specific cardiac drips including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Nitroglycerin, as well as diuretics like Bumex and Lasix, and anticoagulants such as Aggrastat, Argatroban, and Heparin. - Experience with insulin drips. - Basic arrhythmia knowledge and hemodynamic monitoring. - Ability to perform tasks such as accessing/managing ports, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, blood product administration, central line care/management, feeding tube care and management, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, peripheral line care/management, phlebotomy, pre/post-cardiac cath, starting and maintaining IVs, telemetry. - Cardiac telemetry and telemetry competency. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous charge experience. - Experience with Epic charting system. **Required Certifications:** - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. - NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) preferred. **Patient Demographics:** - Adults to Geriatrics. **Licensure:** - GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal. **Additional Requirements:** - Full compliance required to start on time; failure to comply results in a delay of two weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedules. - Must provide two supervisory references, with one being a manager or above. Charge references are not accepted. **Work Environment:** - Unit Systems: Preferred experience with Epic, Pyxis, SBAR. - General skills and work setting include: overflow IMCU, arrangement management, and various procedures and patient care specialties. **Other Information:** - Navy blue scrubs. - Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract. - Travelers are expected to be available to work major holidays as required.
