**Required or Preferred Experience:** - Years of experience required: 2 - First-timers accepted: Yes **Certifications Required:** - BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) **Licensure:** - Valid State License required at time of submission - Illinois is NOT a compact state **Skills and Qualifications:** - Specific skills: Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Angioplasty, Antiarrhythmics, Antihypertensives, ASD Closures, Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Cardioversion, Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Dialysis Graft Interventional, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Emergency Medications, End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Hybrid OR, IABP Placement/Removal, Impella insertion, Insertion/Programming of AICDs, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Catheterizations, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure, Left heart catheterization, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Pacemaker Insertion, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Pulmonary Embolization, Reversal agents, Right heart catheterization, Rotablator atherectomy, Sheath Removal/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Thrombolytics, Tilt Table Study, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE), Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Valvuloplasty, Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose), Watchman procedure, IFR and IVUS **Charting Experience:** - Charting system: EPIC - Charting system experience preferred **Additional Requirements:** - Some evening, weekend, and holiday call required. On-call required 10 shifts/month 24/7 - Required to float between Memorial Belleville and Memorial East/Shiloh as needed - Radial access - TR bands experience preferred - Sheath pulls required - Must have facial hair that allows for proper fit testing **Other Information:** - Scrub Color: Navy blue, provided - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius - Two supervisory references within the last two years preferred at time of submittal **Special Equipment:** - Strong preference for experience with the volcano system (IFR and IVUS)
