Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ICU RN to take an assignment in Cartersville, Georgia.
This assignment lasts 6.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 1, 2026.

**Required Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience (HARD STOP) - Unit accepts first-time travelers - Previous charge experience is not specified as required - Travel experience not required **Preferred Experience:** - Charting system experience preferred: Epic - Community hospital experience preferred **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Skills:** - Accessing/Managing Ports - Arterial line management - Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal - BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance - Blood Product Administration - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - Chronic/Acute Renal Failure - Continuous IV sedation - CVA/Acute Stroke Management - Emergency Medications - External ventricular drain (EVD)* - GI surgery - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - ICP monitoring* - Infection Prevention - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)* - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols - Management of dysrhythmias - Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure - Neuro Intensive Care Unit* - Phlebotomy - PICC line management - Post Neurosurgery management* - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention* - Sheath Removal* - Starting and maintaining IVs - Suctioning (ETT, NT) - Surgical Intensive Care Unit - Titrate Cardiac drips - Titrate Vasoactive drips **Licensure:** - GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal **Other Requirements:** - FULL compliance required to start on time - Locals accepted at the same rate **References:** - TWO supervisory references are HIGHLY preferred at the time of submission. Must be Manager or above - charge not accepted.
