**Qualifications** - Active Physical Therapy license in the state of practice (or compact eligibility). - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. - Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient experience preferred. - Current BLS certification. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to new environments quickly. - Floating Requirement: This position requires floating to clinically appropriate units as needed, within the clinician's scope of practice, licensure, and demonstrated competencies. **Southern Illinois Hospital Requirement Overview** - Herrin Hospital PCU requires NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS - Herrin Hospital Acute Rehab requires BLS and NIHSS - Herrin Hospital Medical requires BLS and NIHSS - Memorial Hospital of Carbondale Medical requires BLS and NIHSS - Memorial Hospital of Carbondale PCU requires NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS - Memorial Hospital of Carbondale Step Down ICU requires NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS - Memorial Hospital of Carbondale ICU requires BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and prefers CSU-ALS - St. Joseph Memorial Hospital Med/Surg requires BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
