**Required Skills/Certs/Experience:** - Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year - Traveler Experience required: Yes (does not accept first-time travelers) - Neuro Experience - Inpatient hospital experience, PACS, contrast required - All IR procedures including: stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abdominal and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access, and neurological studies - Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment experience required - Certifications: BLS and ARRT **Preferred Skills/Certs/Experience:** - ARRT Advanced Certification preferred - EPIC and McKesson preferred - Outpatient, OR, ER, Level I trauma, teaching hospital, community hospital, ablations preferred **Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - Previous Charge Experience: - - Years of Experience: 1 - Travel Experience Required: Yes - Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, ARRT Advanced Cert - Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Angioplasty, Cardiac Stent Placement, Carotid Angiography, Carotid Stenting, Catheter/drain exchange, Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines), Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Chest Tube Placement, Cystoscopy, Dialysis Graft Creation/Revision, Dialysis Graft interventions (fistulograms/declots), Discogram, Embolization, Endovascular Interventions, ERCP, Gastrostomy, Gastrostomy Tube Placement, Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement, Internal/external biliary drainage, Interventional Radiology, Liver Biopsy, Mesenteric Angiogram, Nephrostomy, PACS, Paracentesis, Percutaneous Stone Extraction, Percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram, Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), PICC Lines- Care and Maintenance, Radio embolization, Renal Artery Stent Placement, Scrub Procedures, Scrub- maintain sterile field, Siemens, Stent placement, Thoracentesis, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy, TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt), Upper and Lower Extremity Angiography, Ureteral Stent Placement, Vertebroplasty, Contrast / Biopsies, Neuro including strokes **Unit Details:** - Required skill in both Neuro/Stroke and Body procedures - Special Equipment: Required: Phillips; Preferred: Acuson - **HARD STOP** Neuro and Stroke experience in IR - **HARD STOP**Min 1 year scrub experience, can screen for less. Needs scrub exp on Neuro **Preferred:** - Outpatient, OR, ED, Ablations - McKesson preferred **Additional Requirements:** - NC or Compact license pending OK for submission. Required in hand at time of start. - Travel Pairs: Allowed but must be submitted for and work on different units. - Charting Experience Required: Epic is most common. - Two manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months are highly preferred at time of submission.
