**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified - Years of Experience: Not specified - Charting System Experience: Not specified - Community Hospital Experience: Not specified - LTAC Experience: Not specified - Trauma Level I Experience: Not specified - Trauma Level II Experience: Not specified - Travel Experience Required: Not specified - Certifications: BLS required - Skills: Not specified **Minimum Requirements for Submission:** - Minimum of 18 months PERMANENT experience in the SPECIALTY applying for prior to travel. - Must have a PERMANENT Ohio license in hand at time of submission. - Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. - ONE reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is REQUIRED to qualify for submission. - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. **Assessment and Compliance:** - PBDS Assessment is waived. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. - Facility does not accept any license hits. **Nicotine and Drug Screening:** - EFFECTIVE 9/30/22: Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. - All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. **Other Requirements:** - Badging and Fingerprinting: Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date. This can be done as soon as all required modules are completed.
