Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a L&D RN to take an assignment in San Antonio, Texas.
This assignment lasts 13 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 11, 2026.

Job Details:
- Shift: 12H Days
- Total Weekly Hours: 36
- Certifications: RN License in state of TX or compact, Current BLS certification required (AHA only), Current ACLS certification required (AHA only), Current NRP certification required, Current certification from NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or one of the following AWHONN courses: Intermediate FHM

**Required Experience:** - RN License in state of TX or compact - Current BLS certification required (AHA only) - Current ACLS certification required (AHA only) - Current NRP certification required - Current certification from NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or one of the following AWHONN courses: Intermediate FHM **Preferred Experience:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing - 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred - Perinatal RN Residency or recently practicing in a Perinatal Setting is preferred **Leadership Experience:** - Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders. **Clinical Experience:** - Consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. **Skills:** - Administers medications and treatments - Monitors for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed - Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given - Assess learning needs and provides education to patients, family members, and/or caregivers - Identify issues and resources **Position Requirements:** - All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. - New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member and initial on-boarding requirements are validated through successful completion of the designated organizational entry competency validation and a Perinatal Department-specific competency validation. - Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.
