Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Med surg RN to take an assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 18, 2026.

**Required/Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum 2 years of experience required. - 18 months experience required, with potential exceptions depending on the unit. - Trauma Level I and II experience preferred. - Level 1 Trauma experience preferred. **Leadership/Precepting Experience:** - Previous charge experience not specified as required but may be needed. - Experience/interest in being preceptors for new nurses preferred. **Clinical Experience/Skills:** - Experience in bowel obstruction, central line blood draw, colostomy/ileostomy management/care, feeding tube care and management, heparin, insulin, isolation precautions/PPE, Med/Surg, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, PCA, peripheral line care/management, starting and maintaining IVs, surgical drains, wound care/wound vac, trauma. **Certifications and Licensure:** - BCLS certification required. - License must be in hand prior to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted. **Float/Travel Experience:** - Floating is 100% required of all travelers. - Travel experience is not stated as required. **Education:** - Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation. **References:** - Two supervisor references required. **Other:** - Candidates should be okay with the possibility of precepting and/or being assigned students to shadow them. - Must be fit-tested for an N95 mask or trained on how to use a PAPR device for care of certain patients.
