Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Healdton, Oklahoma.

- Required Certifications: Current Oklahoma Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS - Years of Experience: 2+ years - Required Skills/Experience: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care; Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients; Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers; Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments; Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information; Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards; Patient handoffs utilizing patient safety tools (SBAR, Report at Bedside, etc.); Maintains effective communication through appropriate utilization of the chain of command; Communicates subjective and objective data about the patient/family and/or significant others with appropriate members of the multidisciplinary team; Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications - Preferred Skillset/Experience: One or more of the certifications below may be required based on the position/unit hired to, or acquisition of certification within department required timeframe: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, BLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, Other unit-specific certifications as required
