**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Must have Pediatric (PEDS) occupational therapy (OT) outpatient experience. - Minimum of 3 years of experience required in the field. - Applicants must have travel experience. - Must have experience with Cerner charting system. - Must have an Illinois (IL) license in hand at submission. - Certifications required: BLS, NBCOT. - Required Skills: Activities of Daily Living, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Pediatric), Assessment, Autism, Discharge, Evaluation, Feeding, Handwriting, Home Exercise Program, Lifting and transfer, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Patient/Family Education, Pediatric Outpatient, Pediatric Rehabilitation Facility, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Safety and injury prevention, Sensory Diet Program, Sensory Integrative Testing/Treatment, Telephone calls. **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Previous charge experience is preferred. - Community hospital experience is preferred. **Additional Job Details and Requirements:** - This role requires candidates to float within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby as needed. - Must provide 2-3 interview times upon submission. - References can be submitted pending. - Compliance related tasks such as lab appointment, Docusign, and badge photo must be completed within one week of signing the contract. - Non-billable up to 16 hours for module completion, renewed annually. - First day of the assignment is virtual at-home; candidates must check for additional modules on this day. - Must commit to completing compliance needs in a timely manner.
