**Required or Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:** - Maintaining a strong understanding of the procedure being performed - Anticipating the needs of the surgeon - Ensuring a sterile field is properly set up, maintained, and protected throughout the procedure - Upholding patient safety standards and maintaining required clinical competencies based on scope and training - Demonstrating responsibility in time management, resource use, and supply handling - Participating as a collaborative and supportive team member **Certifications, Degrees, Licensure:** - Adhering to AORN Recommended Practices
