### Job Requirements & Qualifications: - **Experience:** - 2 years of experience in service line required - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred - Travel Experience: Preferred - **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - **Skills:** - Craniotomy and burr hole experience are required - Experience with procedures including: Amputations, Anterior cervical fusion, Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction, Appendectomy, Arthroscopy, Arthrotomy, Burns, Carpal tunnel release, Cervical fusions, Cholecystectomy, Closed reduction of fractures, Colon resection, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, General OR, Gunshot/stab wounds, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Kyphoplasty, Laminectomy/discectomy (listed twice), Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Lumbar fusion, Mastectomy, MVA (multiple injuries), Open reduction of fractures, Ortho/Spine, Spinal Fusion, Total joint replacement - **Charting System:** - Allscripts experience preferred - Altera experience preferred, not required ### Additional Requirements: - License in hand required with submittal - Certification verification - Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, which includes Marijuana; a positive result is an automatic cancellation - Modules (non-billable, average 6-8 hours) are completed during orientation ### Other Details: - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
