Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a L&D RN to take an assignment in Creve Coeur, Missouri.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 18, 2026.

**Required Certifications:** - BLS and NRP **Preferred Certifications:** - EFM training & Int AWHONN FHM **Required Experience:** - Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery / Labor & Birth experience in an acute care hospital setting - 2+ years of experience in a recent acute care setting with caring for 2 patients - Experience in team-based high acuity environment - Demonstrated ability to independently manage laboring patients, including high-risk obstetric cases **Required Skills/Experience:** - Strong skills in fetal monitoring and interpretation - Labor support and coaching - Medication administration and IV therapy - Obstetric emergencies and rapid response - Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills - Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows, policies, and electronic medical records **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** - Two years of current inpatient, acute care hospital experience **Licensure:** - Active Registered Nurse (RN) **Personality Fit:** - Work well in a team environment but also work independently **Shift:** - Nights (7:00 pm - 7:30 am), 3 (or 4) x 12-hour shifts with rotating weekend hours **Additional Requirements:** - Comfortable with floating between Antepartum and Labor & Delivery units - Strong skills caring for 2 patients in Labor & Delivery and 3-4 patients on Antepartum - Comfortable floating within the scope as needed
