**Required or Preferred Experience and Skills:** - EPIC experience - Travel experience - Previous IR (Interventional Radiology) experience **Certifications and Licensure:** - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Nursys license/certificate verification **Professional Credentials:** - Ascension Badge Photo - Ascension Profile - Ascension Nova StatStrip - Driver's License/State ID **Health and Testing Requirements:** - Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, Ascension Epic Test-Out - Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen, Ascension Criminal Background Check Results - MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and a 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Health Statement, Ascension Color Vision, Fit Test **Professional References and Documentation:** - Ascension 2 Professional References - Ascension Education Verification - Ascension Confirmation of Assignment - Ascension Employment Verification **Optional Documents:** - Influenza Vaccine, Positive PPD- Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire - Ascension Name Change Document, Hiring Manager Evaluation
