Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on May 18, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 2 years of experience in Stepdown or ICU department. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required. CPI preferred. - Cerner charting experience required. - Patient to nurse ratio experience: 1:4. - Valid state license must be pending or candidate must be willing to participate in the Aya licensure project. - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only). **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience preferred. - 1-2 years travel experience preferred, but first-time travelers accepted. **Skills:** - Various clinical skills including Accessing/Managing Ports, Cardiac Telemetry, Central line care/management, Chest tubes management, Blood Product Administration, and more. - Ability to manage multiple types of drips and emergency response skills. - Experience with various post-operative care and procedures. **Other Details:** - Travelers must live at least 50 miles away from the facility. - Candidates will float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed. - Must complete up to 8 hours of modules before starting the assignment. **Note:** - Conduct issues or shift call-offs are taken seriously and may result in immediate contract termination. - Locals are not accepted, and there are specific rules about the mile radius and return staff policies.
