Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Neuro ICU RN to take an assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 1, 2026.

**Required Experience and Skills:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neuro Intensive Care Unit with strong neuro experience, specifically handling stroke patients. - Experience with Vents, IV Start, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drains (EVD), ICP Monitoring, Post Neurosurgery management, Care of Ventilated Patient, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Lumbar Drain experience. **Certifications:** - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Basic Life Support (BCLS) - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) **Preferred Skills:** - Arterial line management **Additional Requirements:** - Must have experience with Epic charting system. - Candidates must pass EKG testing prior to start for this specialty. - Must have a North Carolina or compact license in hand by start date (pending OK for submission). **Travel and Scheduling Details:** - Must not be a first-time traveler. - Must be comfortable with floating requirements and working every other weekend. No call requirements. - Able to handle patient ratio of up to 3:1 during high census periods. - Must provide references from two managers/supervisors within the past 12 months.
