Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Midland, Texas.

This assignment lasts 12.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 15, 2026.

Job Details:

- Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (must be willing to obtain if offered) - Required Experience: 2 years in an ER of equivalent size (40+ bed ER, 200+ visits/day) - Patient Care Experience: Adults and children - Trauma Experience: Level II or III trauma - Preferred Experience: Recent ER Travel experience (in the past 6-8 months) - Preferred Charting System Experience: Cerner - Required Skills: Abdominal pain, Acute psychosis, Asthma, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Burns, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care, Chest tube management, CVA, Drug overdose, Emergency Medications, Epiglottitis, Combined Adult/Pedi Emergency Department, Gunshot wounds, Head injury, Hyperglycemia, Neglect/abuse identification, Infection, Arterial Blood Gases interpretation, Dysrhythmias interpretation and management, Intubation, Isolation Precautions, IV vasopressors, Splints management, Multisystem organ dysfunction, Violent behavior management, Mental/behavioral health, Near drowning, 12 lead EKG/ECG, Poison ingestion, Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Psychiatric Hold, Respiratory infection, Seizures, Sickle cell crisis, Skin Disorders, Spinal cord injury, IV management, Suicidal patient, Traumatic amputation, Triage, Urinary Tract Infection - Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics - Flu Vaccine: Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations allowed) - Local Rule: Not accepted - Drug Screen Requirement: On-site screening with specified panels (failure results in cancelation or assignment)
