- **Licensure:** MUST HAVE MI LICENSE IN HAND - **Floating Requirement:** MUST FLOAT TO HICKMAN - **Required Experience:** 2 years of experience, with specific acute experience requirements at the system or unit level - **Certifications Required:** ACLS, BCLS (AHA Certs) - **Charting Experience:** Required, Epic charting experience preferred - **Patient Diagnoses Experience:** Required case experience in at least 5 specialties (General, Ortho - Spine and joints, Urology, Endo, Neuro, GYN, Bariatrics, ENT) - **Skills Required:** XI Robotics - **Skills Preferred:** Level 1 Trauma Experience - **First Time Traveler:** Unit accepts 1st-time traveler - **Patient Age Group:** Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics - **Special Equipment Experience:** Experience with Hana table, Jackson table, Olympus endoscopy equipment, Storz video equipment is beneficial - **Call Requirement:** 2-4 week day call; 1-2 weekends of call per 6-week period - **COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine:** Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - **References Required:** 2 references from within the last 24 months - **Local Radius Rule:** No locals accepted 50 miles or less - **Travel Compliance:** Floating to other units and/or facilities is an expectation for all travelers - **Fingerprinting:** Required for Ohio facilities in specific units (for informational purposes regarding possible similar travel expectations).
