Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 12, 2026.

**Required Experience and Licensure:** - Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel. - Must have 18 months of recent Stepdown experience; travel experience will suffice. - Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission. Compact licenses are accepted for any starts 1/1/23 and forward. **Certifications:** - AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS certifications are required. - Required certifications need to be active with nothing pending. **Skills and Tests:** - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation; an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass; otherwise, will be canceled. **References:** - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Non-supervisory references will not be considered, and profile will be rejected. **Vaccinations:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only **Background and Drug Screening:** - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case. - Facility does not accept any license hits. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Nurses and CSTs are exempt from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. **Additional Requirements:** - PAPRs: PAPRs will not be considered an alternative for caregivers with facial hair except for those with an approved agency medical or religious exemption. - Badging and Fingerprinting: Candidates will need to pick up their badge and complete onsite fingerprints at the facility prior to their start date.
