Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a CVOR RN to take an assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 1, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Open heart operating room (OR) experience is required; ECMO and LVAD, Impella experience required. - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Trauma Level II experience is required. - Travel experience is required. - EPIC charting system experience is required. - Experience with Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Mitral, Tricuspid, and Aortic valve replacement or repairs, Aortic dissections, pericardial window, and chest cases like Thoracotomies and VATS, preferably with robotic experience in chest cases. - Skills required: Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD), Circulate, scrub. **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required. **Licensure and Compliance:** - License in hand required at submission. - All RNs, regardless of specialty, are required to pass an EKG exam during compliance, with two attempts allowed. **Preferred Experience:** - Scrub experience strongly preferred. **Other Requirements:** - Must not be a first-time traveler unless they have open heart OR experience. - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine are required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Must not reside within a 50-mile radius (no locals accepted). - Must pass a background check with no open cases. **Work Schedule and Conditions:** - Work shifts are 4x10s, 7 AM to 5:30 PM, with call required (30-minute call response time, non-negotiable).
