Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Cleveland, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 12, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 18 months recent Stepdown experience. - Must have a permanent Ohio license or an active compact state license. - Active AHA BLS & ACLS certifications are required. - An acceptable score on ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate, completed during orientation, is required. **Preferred or Additional Requirements:** - One reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission (non-supervisory references not accepted). - For RNFA/CSFA positions, a reference from a supervisor or physician is required. **Other Requirements:** - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions only. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start; must be updated annually. - BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract. - ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate will be completed during orientation. **Licensure and Compliance:** - Facility does not accept any license hits. - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for one year from their previous end date. - Extensions are possible for a period of 18 months; a six-month break is required thereafter. **Training and Orientation:** - Orientation time (32-40 hrs) will be paid at 50% of base hourly rate. - 4 hours of pre-start modules are billable; additional time is non-billable. - Average 6-15 hours of modules pre-start and annually, time needed varies by specialty. **Notes:** - Locals accepted at same BR. - Temporary exemption from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements for Nurses and CSTs.
