Summary:
Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a L&D RN to take an assignment in Lansing, Michigan.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 9, 2026.

Job Details:
- Shift: 12 H Rotating
- Total Weekly Hours: 36
- Certifications: BLS, AWHONN (Advanced or Intermediate), NRP, C-EFM OR AWHONN (intermediate and/or advanced)

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field - EPIC charting experience required - Travel experience - Antepartum experience - Experience with Facility births/month 100-200 **Certifications and Licensure:** - State license required by start date - BLS (Basic Life Support) - AWHONN (Advanced or Intermediate) - NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Preferred CEFM (certification in electronic fetal monitoring through NCC) - MI License must be active by start date; compact license not accepted **Preferred Qualifications:** - Previous Charge Experience is preferred - AHA certifications preferred - Preference for C-EFM certification, although AWHONN intermediate and/or advanced accepted **Special Skills:** - Administration of blood & blood products - Amnioinfusion - Anticoagulation therapy - APGAR scores - Assist with high-risk delivery - Epidural Anesthesia - Facility births/month >300 experience - Fundus / lochia / perineum care - Magnesium Sulfate therapy - Postpartum Hemorrhage - Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart rate patterns - Triage of obstetrical patients **Leadership and Additional Requirements:** - Traveler agrees to work 3 weekends per 4-week schedule - RTO needs to be submitted at the time of profile - Modules and training expected to be completed before start, not billable - Proof of high school level education required **Hospital and Unit Specifics:** - Experience in Level 1 Trauma settings - Sparrow Hospital requires EPIC and trauma L1 experience.
