- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required. - 1-3 years experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred. - 1 year experience working with elderly and frail population required. - Currently registered as an occupational therapist by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and licensed in the State of Colorado and maintained throughout employment. - Valid driver's license, unlimited access to reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance are maintained throughout employment.
