Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Oncology RN to take an assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina.


This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on June 18, 2026.

**Required Experience, Certifications, and Skills:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in an oncology clinic; acute Oncology/Hematology experience considered. - Traveler Experience: Open to first-time travelers. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Skills involve rooming patients, phlebotomy, central line care, assisting with bone marrow biopsies, vaccinations, EKG, phone triage, scheduling for infusions, patient education, and case management. - Experience with EPIC charting system. - Must provide own stethoscope. **Preferred Experience, Certifications, and Skills:** - Previous charge experience. - Experience in a community hospital. - Certification in Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN), or Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN). - Skills in accessing/managing ports, acute tumor lysis syndrome (ATLS), bone marrow administration, care and management of ports, central line care, graft-versus-host disease management, inpatient oncology, leukemia/blood dyscrasias, lymphoma/non-Hodgkins lymphoma, multiple myeloma, outpatient oncology, patient/family education and support, PICC line care, recognizing/communicating abnormal lab values, sepsis management, and stem cell therapies. - Desired skills but not performed in this role: Chemotherapy and infusions. **Licensure:** - NC or Compact license required; pending license submission is acceptable. **Additional Notes:** - Manual differentials done by lab personnel, not RNs. - No chemotherapy or infusions administered in this setting. - Experience with malignant and non-malignant hematology groups. - Outpatient clinic setting with adult patient population.
