**Job Requirements & Qualifications:** - Minimum 1 year of experience required. - Travel Experience Required. - NBCOT Certification. - Skills Required: Activities of Daily Living, Adaptive Equipment, Adult Outpatient, Assessment, Burn/Wound Management, Cognitive Assessment, Dynamic Splints, Edema Massage, Electrical Stimulation, Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Hand Injury, Lymphedema Management, Splinting. - Previous Charge Experience: Not required. - Charting System Experience: Required, Cerner. - Certifications Required: AHA and Red Cross only (RQI cards not accepted). - General Experience: 18 months if not listed otherwise. - Licensure: MUST have IL license in hand at submission. - Floating: Required for all travelers within hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals. **Additional Unit Information:** - Patient Diagnoses: General OT adult and complex hand injuries; lymphedema and oncology treatment helpful. - Certifications: Certified Hand Therapist requested; Certified Lymphedema Therapist helpful. - Compliance: Candidates must review the role and qualifications. **Special Requirements:** - Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. - Must arrive 3 business days prior to start for fingerprinting for roles not requiring a license in hand. - Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed pre-start, renewed annually.
