**Years of Experience Required:** - 1 to 2 Years Experience Required **Certifications Required:** - BLS - NIHSS - Missouri or Compact License **Certifications Preferred:** - ACLS **Previous Charge Experience:** - Preferred **Required Skills:** - Work Settings: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Cardiac Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown - Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring - Cardiovascular: Pre/Post Cardiac Cath - Other Skills: Sepsis, wound care, ETOH, SI, Renal Failure, AFIB, GIB, Stroke, COVID **Preferred Skills:** - Cardiovascular: Sheath Removal - Gastrointestinal: Feeding tube care and management - IV therapy/Phlebotomy: Accessing Ports, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management **Patient Care Experience:** - Adults, Geriatrics **Floating Requirement:** - Float between departments, units, and facilities as needed **Additional Special Requirements:** - Virtual Nurses - 12 lead EKG - AirVo - Voalte - Omnicell **Patient Ratios:** - Days/Nights/Weekends: 5 patients per nurse **Compliance Requirements:** - EPIC training module - Infusion Pump training - Glucometer training - Modules must be completed before start date **Extra Notes:** - No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius - 8 weekend shifts in a 6-week period required - No pending licenses accepted
