Here are the required and preferred qualifications and certifications extracted from the job description: 1. Certifications and Licensure: - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ARRT RT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, Registered Technologist) - WI Radiographer License 2. Experience: - Prior IR (Interventional Radiology) experience - EPIC experience - Travel experience 3. Other Requirements: - May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed 4. Shift Details: - 0730-1700, Monday to Friday - Call: based on department needs, currently at 1 weeknight a week and every other weekend; Holidays: Call as needed 5. Credentials and Verification (For Onboarding): - Ascension Core Competencies - Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding - Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation - Ascension Badge Photo - Driver's License/State ID (needed for submission) - Ascension Profile - Ascension 2 Professional References (needed for submission) - Ascension Criminal Background Check Results - Ascension EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) - Ascension Skills Checklist - Ascension 12 Panel Drug Screen - Ascension Education Verification - Ascension Confirmation of Assignment - Ascension Employment Verification - Hiring Manager Evaluation (optional for onboarding) - Professional: Ascension Name Change Document (optional for onboarding) - Ascension Specialty Exam - Personal Health History including MMR, Fit Test, Hepatitis B, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap, and Color Vision Note: Documents required for submission or onboarding are indicated, along with some optional items for onboarding.
