**Required Certifications and Licensure:** - AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification. - TN or compact license. **Required Experience:** - 1 year of MS/Tele experience. - Epic experience within the last 12 months, which must be detailed on the submission profile. **Preferred Experience:** - Travel experience. - Previous charge experience. - Community hospital experience. **Skills:** - Accessing/Managing Ports - BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance - Blood Product Administration - Central line care/management - Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac - CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident) - Feeding tube care and management - Heparin Protocols - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias* - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols* - Management of dysrhythmias* - MS/Tele - Nasal Cannula - Neuro Stepdown* - Non-invasive airway management - Ortho trauma* - Oxygen administration - PCA - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown* - Peripheral Line Care/Management - Peripheral nerve block catheters* - Phlebotomy - PICC line management - Post MI* - Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management - Pre/Post neurosurgery - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring* - Renal failure - Spinal cord injury* - Starting and maintaining IVs - Surgical drains - Telemetry, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring - Total joint replacement* - Tracheostomy care/management - Traumatic Brain injury* - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams - Wound Care/Wound Vac **Vaccine Requirements:** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only - Flu Vaccine: Required - No Exemptions **Additional Requirements:** - Active compact or TN license required at submission. - Two supervisory references required at submission. - Epic competency exam must be passed; only one attempt allowed.
