**Experience Required/Preferred:** - 2 Years experience required - Previous Charge Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level I Experience: Preferred - Trauma Level II Experience: Preferred - Charting System Experience: Preferred (Epic) **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) **Clinical Experience:** - Experience managing ECMO patients on VA ECMO or VV ECMO - Experience with Cardio Help required - Patient ratio experience: 1:2 **Skills Required:** - Accessing/Managing Ports - Arterial line management - Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Care of Ventilated Patient - Central line care/management - Chronic/Acute Renal failure - Continuous IV sedation - CVA/Acute Stroke management - ECMO management - External ventricular drain (EVD) management - GI surgery management - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - ICP monitoring - Infection Prevention - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols - Management of dysrhythmias - Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure - Neuro Intensive Care Unit experience - Phlebotomy - PICC line management - Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from OR) - Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from OR) - Post Neurosurgery management - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention - Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring - Spinal cord injury management - Starting and maintaining IVs - Suctioning (ETT, NT) - Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience - Titrate Cardiac drips - Titrate Vasoactive drips - Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) - Traumatic Brain injury management - Valve Repair/Replacement management - Ventilator Management - Cardiohelp management **Other Requirements:** - Willingness to float to NICU, PICU, CVPICU - Every 3rd weekend required **Additional Information:** - Accepts first time travelers - Flu Vaccine required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) - Local applicants not accepted if within 100-mile radius from the facility.
