**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - General surgery, orthopedic, and neuro surgery experience (for both RN and Tech roles) - Basic general OR knowledge with more than one year of experience - If applying for CVOR, at least two years of specific CVOR experience, including all adult open heart cases, open and endovascular Triple A surgery, and willingness to work with the Cath lab on cases like TAVR (trans aortic valve replacement). This is applicable for both RN and Tech positions. **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Trauma experience in both RN and Tech roles - Vascular surgery experience for RN and Tech, involving procedures such as fistula creations and endarterectomy surgery **Additional Skills:** - Must be willing to be flexible and adapt to different types of rooms and cases - Ability to work collaboratively with staff and adapt to departmental procedures - Openness to occasionally help with the orientation of new graduate techs or RNs **Unit Specifics:** - Number of Beds: 11 operating rooms - Number of Staff: 40 across all shifts - Patient Ratios: 1:1 - Type of Equipment: Includes varied OR equipment, such as Microscopes, Robot Divincii Xi, Mako Robot, Laparoscopic Stryker tower, Stealth, and endovascular Hybrid room equipment - EMR System: Meditech **Dress Code:** - Scrub Color: Light blue (scrubs provided)
