Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 13, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Trauma Level I experience - 2 years of experience - Skillset Requirements include Cardiac PCU, Drips, Post Cath Lab, IV Starts, and Sheath Pulls - Certifications: BCLS; ACLS Preferred **Preferred Experience:** - Experience with Conscious Sedation and Telemetry - Charting System Experience: Preferred; Cerner Knowledge **Floating Requirements:** - Unit travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) **Leadership Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience **Clinical Experience:** - At least 2 years in nursing - Experience in Cardiac Telemetry, Central line care/management, Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias, Post Cardiac Angiogram, Post MI, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath and Surgery, Sheath Removal, Starting and maintaining IVs, Surgical drains, Titrating Cardiac drips **Travel Experience:** - First Time Travelers Accepted **License and Accreditation:** - License must be in hand prior to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once perm license applications have been submitted. - Travelers' University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation. **Additional Requirements:** - Must be flexible with weekend requirements, working 50% of weekends in the contract - Previous OR/ENDO/IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS, Surgical Services positions, Allied positions, and IU Clinics will accept local travelers - Two supervisor references required **Exemptions and Coverage Details:** - Refusal to float may end in termination of contract - Possibility of precepting and/or being assigned students to shadow - Pending operational needs, unit charge nurse responsibilities may be needed **Vaccine Requirements:** - Flu Vaccine: Required - medical/religious exemptions only This position does not require the COVID-19 vaccine.
