Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 13, 2026.

**Experience and Skills Required:** - Trauma Level I and Level II Experience is required. - Strong cardiac and post-op heart experience. - Candidates must have proficient Post Cardiac and Post Vascular surgery experience. - Experience with cardiac telemetry, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, starting and maintaining IVs, and titration of cardiac drips. **Certifications Required:** - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Basic Life Support (BCLS) **Minimum Experience Required:** - 18 months of experience is generally required, although there may be exceptions based on unit specifications. - Two years of experience for charge nurse responsibilities if needed. **Licensure:** - Must have license in hand prior to start date. - Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted. **Travel Experience:** - First-time travelers are accepted. However, no first-time ICU travelers who haven't traveled to PCU with a ratio of up to 4 are considered. **Education:** - Travelers' university must be accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) at the time of graduation. **Floating Requirements:** - 100% floating is required for all travelers, within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby. **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory as of 9/1 for all travelers at IU Health campuses, with exceptions only for medical or religious exemptions with documentation. - Two supervisor references required. - Consistency in taking floating assignments is mandatory, refusal may lead to contract termination.
