Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 13, 2026.

**Required Experience, Skills, Certifications, and Licenses:** - Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years - Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time traveler. - Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes - Skills: IV start, Vents, Telemetry and cpap/bipap, Interpretation/management of dysrhythmias. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS - Licensure: NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. **Preferred Experience, Skills, and Certifications:** - Certifications: NIHSS - Skills: Vent experience is preferred, not required as the Unit will support and train if needed. **Leadership and Clinical Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience: Not mentioned - Patient Ratio Experience: Experience with a 6-patient ratio - Float Requirements: Must be open to floating within/near facility per job description. **Special Procedures and Equipment:** - Special Equipment: Chest tubes, Drips (Dopamine, Cardizem, Heparin), vents, trachs, bipaps/cpaps. - Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR **Scheduling and Orientation:** - Orientation Hours: 24 - Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty. **Other Qualifications and Skills:** - Must have a teamwork approach and meet Novant behavioral expectations in all interactions with patients and staff. - Must be able to adhere to Call off policy - STRONGLY ENFORCED.
