Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a Neuro ICU RN to take an assignment in Jackson, Tennessee.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 13, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - At least one year of med/surg tele experience. - Must have Epic experience within the last 12-months, detailed on submission profile. - Must have a TN or compact license. - Must have AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. - Two supervisory references required at submission. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience. - Community Hospital Experience. **Skills:** - Accessing/Managing Ports, Administration of chemotherapy, Arterial line management, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Continuous IV sedation, CVA/Acute Stroke management, External ventricular drain (EVD), High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, ICP monitoring, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Phlebotomy, PICC line management, Post Neurosurgery management, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Spinal cord injury, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Traumatic Brain injury, Ventilator Management. **Compliance Requirements:** - Active compact or TN license at time of submission. - All certifications listed must be in hand at submission. - Epic experience within the past 12 months must be clearly documented on the profile. - Must pass the Epic competency exam; only one attempt is allowed. **Other Details:** - Candidates requiring fit testing must be clean-shaven. - Travelers must be willing to float to other ICUs, Med Surg/Tele, and progressive care units.
