This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 13, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Current ICU experience, including care for adult, surgical, cardiac, and pediatric patients with medical needs. - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Epic charting system experience within the last 12 months, clearly documented on the candidate's profile. - BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications must be in hand at submission. - Active compact or TN license required at time of submission. - Two supervisory references are required at the time of submission. **Preferred Experience:** - Previous charge experience preferred. - Community hospital experience preferred. **Technical Skills:** - Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Chest Tube Insertion/Removal assistance, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration. - Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Renal failure management, Continuous IV sedation. - CVA/Acute Stroke management, Emergency Medications administration, External ventricular drain (EVD), GI surgery. - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Infection Prevention, Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) interpretation, Dysrhythmias interpretation. - Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV insulin protocols, Dysrhythmias management, Multisystem organ dysfunction/failure management. - Neuro Intensive Care Unit experience, 12 lead EKG/ECG obtaining, Phlebotomy, PICC line management. - Post Neurosurgery management, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring. - Sheath Removal, Spinal cord injury management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Suctioning (ETT, NT). - Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience, Cardiac and Vasoactive drips titration, Traumatic Brain injury management, Ventilator Management. **Other Requirements:** - Must have received the COVID-19 and flu vaccines (COVID-19 with medical/religious exemptions only). - Must pass the Epic competency exam with only one attempt allowed. Failure will result in cancellation. **Submittal Requirements:** - SSN and DOB needed at the time of submission. - All RTO (request for time off) must be disclosed at submission; additional requests will not be considered. - Disclosure of any known background hits at submission for review. **Policies:** - Local candidates accepted at the same rate. - Travelers are expected to float unless otherwise stated. - No block scheduling or special schedule requests will be accommodated.
