Job Details:

**Experience Requirements:** - Minimum of 2 years of experience required - IR experience with focus on Neurovascular IR preferred - Stroke thrombectomy facility experience preferred but not required **Licensure and Certifications:** - Indiana state license (must be active by start; pending accepted) - ACLS, ARRT R, BLS, and Fluoro Permit certifications required - Will take pending certifications, but traveler agrees to obtain all required certs prior to start **Technical Skills:** - Must have scrub experience and familiarity with wires - Experience with GE and Siemens Fluoro rooms preferred - Ability to scrub a variety of cases, including neurovascular, thrombectomy devices for strokes preferred - Proficiency in managing ports, angiography, catheter/drain exchange, central venous access, embolization, endograft placement, and other interventional radiology procedures **Preferred Experience:** - Community Hospital experience - Trauma Level I & II experience - Operating Room/Children's Hospital/PICU experience **System and Equipment Knowledge:** - Cerner charting system experience required - Familiarity with special equipment from GE and Siemens preferred **Work Setting Experience Required:** - Outpatient/Adult ICU **Travel and Location Requirements:** - Traveler must live at least 50 miles away from the facility - First-time travelers accepted - Will not accept local candidates **Additional Requirements:** - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only) - Units require a maximum of 10 days for Request for Time Off (RTO), with willingness to work 1 of the 3 holidays if RTO is during the holiday period - Requirement to complete up to 8 hours of modules within 1 week of signing for Beacon, modules are self-reported and billable up to 8 hours **Conduct and Compliance:** - Must adhere to professional conduct standards due to the sensitivity of the Beacon account - Immediate contract termination may result from any conduct issues or shift call-offs
