Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Longview, Texas.

This assignment lasts 13 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on July 13, 2026.

Job Details:

**Required Experience and Clinical Experience:** - Must have two years of ED experience (current role needs to be in ED, free standing ER, ER code, ER urgent care, etc.) **Preferred Experience:** - 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty **Education:** - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred **Licensure and Certifications:** - Current BLS certification required (AHA only) - Current ACLS certification required (AHA only) - Current PALS certification required (AHA only) - Current TNCC certification required - RN License in state of TX or compact **Leadership and Skills:** - Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders - All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire - Completion of all annual competency verification requirements **Additional Position Requirements:** - New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member and initial on-boarding requirements are validated through successful completion of the designated organizational entry competency validation and an Emergency Department-specific competency validation - All newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or other specific orientation. Skills and competency completion will be achieved with the preceptor at the bedside and documented through the program's tracking software
