**License and Certifications** - License must be in hand prior to the start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted. **Experience and Skills** - Previous Charge Experience: Not specified - Years of Experience: 3 required - Patient Ratio Experience: Not specified - Travel Experience: Not specified, 18 months of experience required; exceptions depend on the unit - Skills: Circulate Procedures, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring **Certifications Required** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) **Education** - Traveler's university must be accredited by the ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing) or CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) at the time of graduation. **References** - Two supervisor references required. **Locals and Traveling Policies** - IN residents are considered local. - Local Rules: Accepted for Surgical Services positions, Allied positions, and IU Clinics. - Floating is 100% required of all travelers. **Vaccination Requirements** - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required - Flu Vaccine: Required, with Medical/Religious Exemptions only **Additional Notes** - SSN required at time of submittal - DOB required at time of submittal - Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. - If there is 1 position available, 3 submissions can be allowed at one time. - Specific Charting System Experience: Not required for any IU health positions - No specific Charting System Name is required. - Background Policy: Must be noted prior to submission for approval.
