Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a CVICU RN to take an assignment in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on August 10, 2026.

**Required Skills / Certifications / Experience:** - Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years of critical care experience. - Must have CVICU experience or open heart experience. - Skills: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, ECMO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD), Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, Titrate Cardiac drips, Care of Ventilated Patient, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Isolation Precautions/PPE. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS. - Travel Experience Required: Yes. **Preferred Skills/Certifications:** - Skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Ventilator Management. **Licensure:** - NC or Compact license pending OK for submittal. **Submission Details:** - Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying. - Current travel Per Diem clinicians aren't eligible for travel contracts. - Local candidates (50 miles): Lower rate applies. - References can be pending at submission. **Additional Requirements:** - Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. - COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required. - Candidates must be open to floating within/near facility per job description.
