**Experience Required:** - Strong Orthro experience is needed. **Certifications Required:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) **Licensure:** - License/Certificate Verification required. **Health Requirements:** - Fit Test - Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen - COVID-19 Vaccine - MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella) - Hepatitis B - 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) - Varicella - Physical/Health Statement **Professional Requirements:** - Trinity Code of Conduct Form - Trinity Conf. of Patient & Pty. Info. & System Security Agreement - Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form - Trinity MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) - Trinity Profile (for submission) - Trinity Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form - Trinity Criminal Background Check - Trinity Education Verification - Trinity EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) - Trinity GSA/OIG (General Services Administration/Office of Inspector General) - Trinity Joint Commission Testing - Trinity NSO (Nursing Student Organization) - Trinity System Access Form - Trinity Skills Checklist **Schedule Requirements:** - 3x12 Saturday, Sunday, Monday schedule, 0500-1730. - Must take 1 call shift/month. - Holiday Rotation: Work any holidays that fall within normal workdays.
