**Required Certifications:** - State license - ACLS - BCLS by AHA - PALS - TNCC - NIH - ENPC (PREFERRED) **Required Experience:** - Level I trauma experience REQUIRED - 2-year minimum experience REQUIRED - Interpretation and Management of dysrhythmias - EPIC charting experience **Preferred Experience:** - Unit accepts 1st time travelers - Continuous IV sedation and Procedural Sedation Administration experience - Triage experience **Skills:** - Arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, Blood Product Administration, Care of Ventilated Patient, Central line care/management, Continuous IV sedation, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Isolation Precautions/PPE, IV vasopressors, Phlebotomy, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Starting and maintaining IVs, Triage **Charting System Experience:** - Required: EPIC **Specific Requirements:** - Sparrow Hospital ER requires EPIC and trauma L1 experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, NIH, and TNCC. This is a strict requirement. Certifications may NOT pend beyond contract start. **Education Policy:** - All allied candidates must be able/willing to provide proof of HS level education (regardless of secondary education). This is a strict requirement.
