Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in South Bend, Indiana.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on August 3, 2026.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - Must pass Tele Rhythm Identification Quiz - Required proficiency in reading, identifying, and reacting to cardiac rhythms - Required telemetry and cardiac/stroke experience - Minimum 1 year of experience required (preferred 2 years) **Certifications:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) **Licensure:** - Active state license required prior to start date - Requires valid state license (pending or participation in licensure project accepted) **Skills:** - Cardiac Telemetry - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Management of dysrhythmias - Handling of cardiac drips (no titration) - Proficient in EKG test - Must understand and manage a variety of cardiac drips (Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Lasix) **Charting System Experience:** - Cerner experience required **Preferred Experience:** - 2 years of experience preferred - First-time travelers accepted **Clinical Specifics:** - Interaction with beds that can perform hemodialysis (HD managed by an outside company) - Experience with all modes of oxygenation except ventilators *Note: Local candidates are not accepted, must live outside a 50-mile radius. Covid-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with medical/religious exemptions only.*
