Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Monroe, Michigan.

**Licensure and Experience Requirements:** - MUST HAVE MI LICENSE IN HAND - Required years of experience: 2 - No first-timers accepted - Minimum of 1-year Acute experience required - Teaching Hospital Experience preferred - Level II trauma Center Experience preferred - Travel Experience Required **Certification Requirements:** - Required: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC **Skills and Qualifications:** - Must have a teamwork approach and meet ProMedica behavioral expectations - Epic charting experience is REQUIRED - Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias - Skills in blood product administration, central line care/management, and procedural sedation administration - Experience with cardiac monitoring and emergency response, including IV therapy, IV vasopressors, continuous IV sedation - Proficiency in triage and isolation precautions - Experience with various patient age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics - Patient ratio experience: 1:4 **Other Requirements:** - No locals accepted within 50 miles - Pending License not accepted - Must adhere to the Call off policy - STRONGLY ENFORCED - Must be able to float to other units and/or facilities if needed - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) **Submittal Details:** - SSN + DOB + AHA Certifications are all required - References required: 2 references from within the last 24 months - Local Radius: 50-mile radius. Locals not accepted
