**Job Requirements & Qualifications** - Years of Experience: At least 1 year required - Epic Charting System Experience: Required - Patient Ratio Experience: 1:4 - Special Requirements: IMC experience; Cardiac and vasoactive drip titration is a hard stop requirement - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Skills: - BiPAP/CPAP management - Blood Product Administration - Cardiac Telemetry - Central line care/management - Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI) - Feeding tube care and management - Heparin Protocols - Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Isolation Precautions/PPE - IV insulin protocols - Management of dysrhythmias - Nasal Cannula - Non-invasive airway management - Oxygen administration - Pacemakers/Temporary/Permanent - PCA - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Peripheral Line Care/Management - PICC line management - Pre/Post Cardiac Cath - Renal failure/transplant - Seizure disorders - Starting and maintaining IVs - Surgical drains - Telemetry - Titrate Cardiac and Vasoactive drips - Tracheostomy care/management - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams - Wound Care/Wound Vac - Requires specific amount of experience: At least 1 year required - Valid State License: Compact license must be in hand at submission **Other Requirements:** - Two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years, can include Charge RNs/Lead - Background Policy: Facility does not accept Nursys or BG hits - Return Staff Policy: Can return after 3 months
