Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a ER RN to take an assignment in Meridian, Idaho.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on August 10, 2026.

**Required Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) - ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) **Experience or 'Must have' skills:** - Must have 2.5 years of Emergency Department (ED) experience. - Must be from a bigger urban hospital setting. - Prefer trauma experience. **Education:** - BSN required (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) **License:** - License to submit required. **Nurse:Patient Ratios:** - 1:4-5 **Leadership Experience:** - Charge nurse on each shift, does not take an assignment. - Assistant Nurse Manager and Admin Supervisor present. **Clinical Experience:** - Experience with high acuity ESI level I patients. - Familiarity with NICARDIPINE, PROPOFOL, FENTANYL, NOREPI, NITRO, VERSED, PRECEDEX drips. **Patient Demographics:** - Peds and Adults, with stabilization and shipping out of Pediatrics when needed. **Charting System:** - EPIC **Orientation:** - 1 shift on the floor after hospital and Epic orientation. Please note that adherence to a 50-mile radius rule is required, and candidates must provide their permanent address for verification.
