Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a PCU/Stepdown RN to take an assignment in Lima, Ohio.

This assignment lasts 13.14 WEEKS and is scheduled to start on August 25, 2026.

**Experience and Qualifications:** - **Required Experience:** 2+ Years of Experience - **Required Experience:** Post-operative open heart care experience - **Highly Preferred Experience:** Critical Care Experience - **Required Experience:** Chest tube and other drain management experience - **Required Experience:** Pre- and post-procedure care for patients with radial and femoral access - **Required Skills:** Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, including reading and interpreting cardiac rhythm strips and recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms - **Required Knowledge:** Advanced knowledge of cardiac and pulmonary abnormalities - **Required Experience:** Experience with assisting with chest tube removal, removal of pericardial pacing wires, management of temporary pacers, including pericardial and transcutaneous devices, use and troubleshooting of non-invasive ventilation (NIV) devices, high-flow oxygen, and other oxygen delivery systems - **Required Capability:** Must float to all units within skill level **Profile Requirements:** - Work history - Skills Checklist pertinent to the specialty (PCU), current to 1 year - [REQUIRED] **Certifications and Licensure:** - **Required Certification:** Active American Heart Association BLS - **Required Certification:** Active American Heart Association ACLS - **Required License:** Nursys must show Active Ohio/OH or Compact RN License **Weekend and On-Call Requirements:** - Weekend Description: Every Other Weekend - OnCall: No Call
