**Qualifications:** - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with current Iowa RN license - BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required - Experience preferred, but not required **Certifications:** - BLS, ACLS (through American Heart Association) - PALS & TNCC **Licensure:** - Current Iowa RN license **Skills and Additional Requirements:** - Strong understanding of the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs - Capable of directing and guiding patient teaching - Capable of overseeing activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing **Employment and Health Requirements:** - Resume - Two recent employment references - Online verification of licensure or certification to include expiration date and any disciplinary actions within 30 days of start date - Immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Polio, Hepatitis B, TDaP, Flu during season) - Negative 2-step Mantoux within 1 year or QuantiFERON Gold - Proof of physical within 1 year - 10 Panel Drug Screen within 1 month - Respiratory Fit Test within 1 year - Criminal Background check (all states where licensed and lived/worked last 7 years) within 30 days - National &/or State Sex Offender check - GSA(EPLS) Sam.gov within 30 days - OIG-Date within 30 days - Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates (Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse) - Completion of CareLearning education modules **Position Urgency:** - Normal
